This walk-up building is situated near the intersection of East 84th Street and 1st Avenue, not far from Carl Schurz Park and the East River Esplanade, allowing you to enjoy nature in the midst of the Big Apple.
This duplex has both modern and prewar elements, combined to maximize utility and charm.
